Sticking to good exercise and diet routines is hard work – I admit I’m faddy.  I start lots of stuff with great intentions, but I’m only human!  I feel a lot stronger in my self when I am doing exercise, not only in my physical self but also inside my head.  I’m a believer in moving around and energy creating energy, but I’m aware of how challenging this can be, especially if you haven’t moved for a while.

I’ve been a subscriber and fan of Tandy Gutierrez founder of MatandKitchen.com for a couple of years now, but have been off the mat for some time.  So, after completing my mat workout this morning, I then came to my email, and low and behold an offer from Tandy starting next Monday, to help me get back into the good habits!  

I’m putting this here, as I’m committing publicly to this, in order to have some accountability.  So, even if I don’t feel like it, I’m going to do it, because I said I would.  Even if I’m tired, I’m going to do it, because I said I would.  Even if I’m short on time, I’m going to do it, because I said I would.  But more to the point, I’m going to do this because I know how I will feel when I am doing it regularly – flexible, energised, healthier and maybe a little bit proud of myself!
