Questions, questions, questions…

Recently someone asked me “why am I doing this?” I had to take some time to really think about this to make sure I gave a real opportunity for understanding, so here goes: I’m really interested in people, in YOU in fact.

I work collaboratively to improve people’s lives with them, be this around work, business or life in general. I believe in the power and potential of people and that with the right support, lives can be transformed into everything that people – you – want them to be!

Life is pretty amazing. I believe in this work, and that an investment in yourself can make a real difference. I believe that everybody could use a coach!

A Coach will ask you questions that you don’t want to answer, but you need to; they will get you doing stuff you might not really want to do, but need to; and help you to become something you did not think you could become.

Ultimately, you can’t always see the picture when you’re inside of the frame – your coach will give you a lens to help you explore your own life.

This is my dream job, so this is why I’m doing this. Good answer?!
