There are so many great resources out there, but here are a few of my absolute favourites, and things that I receommend to my clients once we get started – so get ahead and go there now!

  • – free for ten days to support you in learning to meditate: headspace
  • Brene Brown on TED – amazing woman, leader, researcher, story-teller: Vulnerability  Shame  (Did I mention she fist-bumped me! 💛)
  • Gratitude practice – google it, there is LOADS of information out there, but to get you going: gratitude
  • Amy Cuddy, also on TED – another amazing woman with an important message for us all on body language: power pose
  • Mat & Kitchen – I mentioned holistic living, and as you get to know me you will see this more, so I use this website almost daily to support my physical being ($): Tandy knows best!
